This curation highlights rich, buttery tasting notes. Begin with a flight of five single-origin chocolate bars, each selected for its classically chocolatey, toffee, and caramel aromas. Next, savor three complementary confectionery selections: a duo of sweet-salty, creamy-crispy Christopher Elbow bonbons — highlighting macadamias and hazelnuts paired with House Blend chocolate; NeoCocoa’s crisp, buttery, award-winning Black Sesame Toffee Brittle (a sweet-salty, brown-sugar-butter black-sesame toffee that first appeared as a treat in our 2017 Advent Calendar — and has been a team and guest favorite ever since); and finally, smooth, buttery, fluid Sea Salt Caramels — flecked with vanilla bean, accented with fleur de sel, and encased in our classically chocolatey Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate.
