Our Executive Pastry Chef, Lisa Vega, crafted this not-too-sweet traditional toffee for our first Valencia Street café, and it has been a guest favorite ever since. This is a full pound of dark, crunchy butter toffee is covered in our fudgy, 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate; studded with nutty, toasted single-origin cocoa nibs to balance sweetness; and lightly sprinkled with sea salt for heightened flavor.
